/gz-status¶
Report project workflow fronts alongside ADR lifecycle and gate status. Use for ordinary status inquiries, blockers, and next actions, or a focused governance status check.
Purpose¶
/gz-status exposes the canonical gz-status workflow for operator invocation. It reads the active campaign's declared workflow fronts and the ledger-derived ADR/OBPI status from the read-only gz status, then reports each front's evidence, freshness and next action.
When to Use¶
Invoke this skill when the task described above matches your current workflow stage. The governance runbook at docs/governance/governance_runbook.md lists the canonical workflows and points at this skill where appropriate.
What to Expect¶
The skill reads its canonical execution contract from .gzkit/skills/gz-status/SKILL.md (mirrored into .claude/skills/ and .agents/skills/). Follow the agent-facing instructions in that file for the exact execution protocol, stages, and evidence requirements.
