Record semver identifier migration events. Use when applying canonical ADR or OBPI renaming migrations.
Purpose¶
/gz-migrate-semver exposes the canonical gz-migrate-semver workflow for operator invocation. It previews, then on operator approval appends, artifact_renamed events for legacy ids and for bare ADR/OBPI ids whose files now carry a slug.
