Status: SUPERSEDED — was ACTIVE Magna Carta (operator-ratified 2026-06-20; superseded by the 2026-06-30 successor on operator ruling — rename the Magna Carta to the 06-30 edition to commit the airlock orchestration).

Why the new edition: the design dialogue of 2026-06-30 falsified the "judgment-grade AIRLOCK-IN now, tool-compute later (parked)" sequencing — re-sense is the airlock's keystone and needs a computed graph, so the graph moves onto the critical path and the airlock realizes as one keel-up constellation (state-machine keel → graph-substrate hull → membrane hatch → deferred recall). That is a steering change of the kind that mints a successor edition rather than an inline amendment.
